Founded in Dargaville, Northland, in 1936, McKay has seen significant growth over nearly nine decades, transforming from a local business into a leading force across New Zealand’s electrical sector. Despite our national expansion, we have remained true to our Northland roots, with our headquarters proudly located in Whangārei for the past 60 years.
