- Employee Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and ensuring new employees have a smooth onboarding experience.

- Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions effectively and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Culture Building: Cultivating a positive company culture, promoting values and beliefs that align with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Leadership Development: Identifying potential leaders within the organization, providing coaching and mentoring opportunities, and developing succession plans.
- Legal Compliance: Staying updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices, and addressing any legal issues that may arise.

Starting with his first role in the British Army, Stuart gained invaluable experience in this field of people and culture, mastering skills in effective leadership, teamwork, and people management within a high-pressure and disciplined environment. Seeking new opportunities, Stuart transitioned into the financial services sector after his time in the army, where he broadened his knowledge of business operations and financial management.
